Overview of integration setups, AS & TB explanation.

Katanox works with the systems you already use! We make it easy for you to integrate you existing systems and data into Katanox. Here's how:



Integrating your PMS or CRS with Katanox

Katanox seamlessly integrates with a range of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) to help you distribute your inventory across travel sellers worldwide.

We currently support integrations with:

  • Apaleo
  • Clock PMS+
  • Cloudbeds
  • Guestline
  • Mews
  • Oracle (Opera Cloud)

Whether you're connecting a single property or managing multiple hotels, we’ve made the process intuitive and straightforward—with no technical expertise required.



Getting started

To connect your PMS or CRS to Katanox:

  1. Log in to your Katanox account.
  2. Click on your avatar (located in the top right corner) and navigate to Integrations.
  3. Select New Integration and follow the steps for your specific PMS.
  4. Ensure your content is set up and displaying correctly.


Content setup tips

After integration, make your property shine on travel buyer platforms by:

  • Uploading high-resolution photos.
  • Writing clear, compelling descriptions.
  • Selecting all relevant amenities and facilities.


PMS & CRS integration guides

Below are step-by-step guides for each supported provider. Setting up the integration typically only takes 10-15 minutes.


Apaleo integration

  1. Log in to your Apaleo account.
  2. In Katanox, select Connect PMS > New Integration > Apaleo > Import.
  3. Authenticate your account.
  4. Navigate back to your integrations > click View > select the properties to sync > Import.
  5. Complete your property profile in Katanox (photos, descriptions, amenities, etc.).
  6. Activate your property by turning on the switch at the top right.


Clock PMS+ integration

  1. In Clock PMS+, go to Settings > API Users and create an API user with appropriate permissions.
    1. Don't forget to tick the Acknowledgement box, choose Hotel Demo (Hotel), and then, under Grand Rights - PMS, select Access: basic.
    2. Once done, click on Save to proceed.
  2. Generate an API Key and note your PMS API URL.
  3. In Katanox, go to Connect PMS > New Integration > Clock PMS+ and enter the credentials.
  4. Back in Clock PMS+, map your room types and rate plans under OTA Channel Settings > Katanox.
  5. In Katanox, configure your cancellation policies and associate them with rate plans.
  6. Complete your profile and activate your property.


Cloudbeds integration

  1. Visit the Cloudbeds integration guide.
  2. Follow the steps to link your Cloudbeds account with Katanox.
  3. Complete your property profile and activate.


Guestline integration

  1. After signing into Katanox, go to Integrations > New Integration > Guestline.
  2. Enter your Vendor ID, Username, Password, and Endpoint.
  3. Add your unit and rate plan IDs, then save.
  4. Configure your property content.
  5. Repeat the steps to add more properties.


Mews integration

In Mews:

  1. Go to Menu > Marketplace, search for Katanox, and enable it.
  2. Import rates and rooms under Channel Manager Settings.
  3. Add products and assign them to rates if needed.
  4. Enable Katanox under the integration settings and retrieve your Channel Manager ID.

In Katanox:

  1. Go to New Integration > Mews and enter the Channel Manager ID.
  2. Configure your policies and assign them to rate plans.
  3. Verify and complete your property profile.
  4. Activate your listing.


Oracle (Opera Cloud) integration

Supported for versions 5.5.0.7 and up (excluding Suite 8, Fidelio, and older V5 versions)

  1. Register on Katanox and confirm your email.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > New Integration > Oracle.
  3. Input your Vendor ID, unit, and rate plan details.
  4. Finalize your content setup using the Content Guide.
  5. Repeat steps to add more properties.
