Distribution Workspace for Buyers
Katanox Distribution provides a single Buyer API that enables travel buyers to connect with accommodation suppliers.
Create bookings
As a travel buyer, in addition to creating bookings from the API, you’re able to create a booking right from the distribution workspace. Katanox's direct connection with the supplier's PMS or CRS pushes all bookings created via the workspace.
Navigate to the Create Booking section, search for availability using your desired criteria, provide the guest’s details, and create the booking.
Please note that to create bookings at a property, you'll need to have a contract with the supplier.
View reservations
The reservations table provides an overview of all reservations booked through Katanox, both via the API and through the workspace. It includes sections for upcoming, past, failed, and canceled reservations.
Use the search bar to look up a booking with the Katanox Reservation ID or Booking ID, or with the accommodation supplier’s reservation ID.

| Property | The name of the property at which the booking was made |
| Check In | The reservation's check-in date |

| Status | The reservation's status |
On the booking’s detail page, you’ll be able to view the details, update the guest information, add special requests, and cancel the booking in accordance with its conditions.
