Create an account

Katanox offers one platform with two workspaces: Trading and Finance.

Follow the steps below to create a new account or join an existing workspace.

Create a new Trading Workspace

1. Go to katanox.com
2. Click Create Account > Trading
3. Select your company type - Travel Buyer or Accommodation Supplier
   1. Fill in the required information
4. Check your inbox for a verification email
5. Click the link in the email to activate your account

Join an existing Trading Workspace

If you’ve been invited to an existing Trading Workspace, your workspace admin must follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite New Member
3. Enter the user’s email and select their role.
   1. You can enter one or multiple email addresses at a time

For Accommodation Supplier admins: Assign specific property access as needed - you can choose individual properties or grant access to "All Properties."

An invitation email will be sent to the new member for verification and account setup.

Create a new Finance Workspace

1. Go to katanox.com
2. Click Create Account > Finance
3. Complete the registration form with your information
4. Check your email for a verification message
5. Click the link in the email to confirm and activate your account
