Property and Unit Settings:
In your trading workspace, you can adjust information about your property itself and its units.
To view property settings, navigate to Properties > select the desired properties > Property. From there, you can add new images, modify the property’s description, and other property information. Be sure to save any modifications before exiting the screen.
To view and edit unit settings, navigate to Properties > Units > select the desired units. From there, you can configure the information about the unit, such as its rate plans, images, and relevant amenities.
Policies
In your trading workspace, you can add and update your property’s cancellation and no-show policies.
Navigate to to Properties > select your desired property > Policies. Select which type of policy you’d like to add, and fill in the required information.
The timing of policy activation is relative to the “prior to arrival” or “after booking” policy setting.
- Prior to arrival refers to the check in time. For example, if the policy requires cancellations to be made by 10:00AM on check-in day, input 10:00 in the “hours” field.
- After booking refers to the time of booking. For example, if the policy allows cancellation within 24 hours of booking, input 1 into the “days” field.
You can link your policies to rate plans by navigating to Rate Plans > selecting the desired rate plan > and adding the relevant policies at the bottom of the form. If you’ve updated a policy that has already been linked to rate plans, any updates will be automatically applied without needing to adjust the rate plan settings.
Extra charges
If you’d like to add extra charges, navigate to to Properties > select your desired property > Extra Charges. From there, set up your extra charge by filling in the information. Be sure to link the extra charge to the relevant units and rate plans.
