Ownership structure
Provide a document showing your full ownership chain, including parent companies and any Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) who owns or controls 25% or more.
Accepted documents (choose one):
- Signed organogram: Signed by a director, senior manager, lawyer, or accountant.
- Or: Official register extract: E.g., KVK (NL), Companies House / PSC (UK), Handelsregister (DE), Extrait K-bis (FR), or US Secretary of State filing / FinCEN BOI report.
- Or: Direct ownership records: Shareholder register, stock ledger, Articles of Association, or LLC Operating Agreement.
Document requirements:
- Must show legal name, country, and ownership % for all entities and individuals.
- Issued within the last 6 months.
- File type: PDF, JPG, or PNG (max 15 MB).
