Corporate Profiles

Katanox introduces the Corporate Profiles concept to streamline the management of Corporate Negotiated Rates (CNR) and other configurations such as Credit Card Authorization (CCA).

Within our systems, we maintain a comprehensive list of corporate profiles, linking specific CNRs negotiated with each hotel. Apart from that, we also maintain the corresponding CCA configurations per corporate.

To access these CNRs or activate CCAs for a booking, simply provide the designated corporate profile ID by passing the corporate_profile_id parameter in the availability request.

When the corporate_profile_id parameter is specified, all offers in an availability request become associated with that Corporate Profile. Subsequently, upon booking, we transmit the CCA configuration to the respective hotel.
